| Matt Abood Swam personal best times in the 50m and 100m freestyle at the Rome World Championships. Set an Australian record in the 100m freestyle at the 2009 Telstra Short Course Championships in Hobart. Won his first national title in the 50m freestyle at the 2009 Telstra Australian Championships in March, qualifying for the FINA World Championships. Won the men’s 4x100m relay at the Duel in the Pool against Japan in Canberra in May 2009.

Chris Fydler is a former freestyle swimmer from Australia, who competed in three consecutive Summer Olympics for his native country, starting in 1992. His finest hour came eight years later, when he was a member of the Men's 4x100m Freestyle Relay Team that defeated the United States and won the gold medal in the prestigious event. |

Elka Graham competed in the 2000 Sydney Olympics and 2004 Athens Olympics. Graham specialised in the 200m and 400m freestyle events, also swimming the 800m freestyle. She represented Australia at numerous international meets, including the Pan Pacific Championships, World Swimming Championships at Fukuoka in 2001 and Barcelona in 2003 - where she overcame health scares to compete - and the 2002 Commonwealth Games in Manchester. |

Matthew Dunn is a former Olympic freestyle and medley swimmer who competed in three consecutive Summer Olympics for Australia, starting in 1992. Dunn was a specialist in the short course (25 m) events; there he won several medals in the 1990s. He was a multiple Commonwealth Games gold medalist in the medley events and set a world record in the 4x200 m freestyle relay at the 1998 Commonwealth Games. |

Phil Rogers is a former breaststroke swimmer who competed in three consecutive Summer Olympics for Australia, starting in 1992. At his Olympic debut he won the bronze medal in the 100m Breaststroke, followed by a bronze in 1996 in the 4x100m Medley Relay. During his last Olympic appearance, at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney, he was the oldest member of the Australian Swimming Team, at age 29. |

Jacinta van Lint is an Australian freestyle swimmer, who won a silver medal in the 4x200m freestyle relay at the 2000 Sydney Olympics. Training at the University of Sydney club in New South Wales, van Lint swum in the heats, before the team of Susie O'Neill, Giaan Rooney, Kirsten Thomson and Petria Thomas trailed the United States home in the final. |

He placed 13th in the 400m Freestyle, and ended up fourth with the Men's 4x200m Freestyle Relay Team. A year earlier, at the 1995 FINA Short Course World Championships in Rio de Janeiro, he won the bronze medal in the 400m Freestyle. |

Brett Hawke was regarded as the top sprinter in Australia. He is a five-time Australian champion and former Australian Record holder in the 50 m freestyle (22.07), which he set in the semifinals of the 2004 Olympics. Hawke retired from competitive swimming after the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, where he won bronze in the 50 m freestyle and silver with the 4x100 m freestyle relay. Hawke finished his career with seven international medals. |
