Club Nights are open to members of Sydney Uni Swim Club only. Warm up commences at 3.00pm. The event commences at 3.30pm sharp and is finished by 6pm. A club social function is held at the pool afterwards and families are asked to bring a plate to share.

Club Night entries are due the Friday before the scheduled Saturday Club Night. Please put entries, as well as the $5.00 per family entry fee in the yellow box on pool deck. Late Entries will not be accepted.

Presentation of the Swimmer of Month Trophy and raffle occurs at the conclusion of Club Night.

Results are posted on the notice board and the club website as soon as possible after the conclusion of the race/club night.

Our carnival is run annually at our home pool, Sydney Uni in late September. All Sydney Uni Club Members are eligible to compete. 
Swimmers who have attended and swum 10 race/club nights during the year or 12 club/race nights and carnivals (minimum of 6 club/race nights) (October- September) are eligible to win trophies and prizes at the end of year presentation.

At each Race and Club night, swimmers’ times are recorded with points awarded for each swim. Swimmers compete against their own time, with the aim of improving their personal best times.
Ribbons are awarded to all swimmers who do a personal best time at Race and Club Nights and for the first 3 swimmers in each event at Club Night. A trophy is awarded for race and club night (swimmer of the month).

Swimming faster than your best time	5 points
Equal to or within 0.50 of your best time	4 points
More than 0.50 sec below your best time	3 points
On your first night, or haven’t swum the event before	2 points

Race and Club nights can only occur with parent /carer assistance. Families are asked to assist in with setup/ clean up, time keeping, other technical roles and fundraising.
