Jelly Fish
Safety jumps, blowing bubbles, water awareness, dogpaddle, singing songs, playing games and lots of fun are an integral part of this program. Max. of 4 children per class. |

Star Fish This class introduces basic freestyle and backstroke kick. An emphasis is placed on submerging, safety jump, back floats and much more. Max. 4 children per class. |

Turtles Coordination of freestyle, breathing, body rolls, backstroke, floats, and basic diving technique is taught. Max. 5 children per class |

Clown Fish Building on freestyle, backstroke, diving skills, body rolls and dolphin kick. Max. 6 children per class. |

Sea Horses Refining freestyle & backstroke skills & the introduction of breaststroke kick and dives. Max. 7children per class.

| Adult Learn to Swim Classes |
|
Beginner For adults who have none or little swimming experience. Participants will be taught how to float, submerge and blow bubbles, kicking skills and basic freestyle arms. Max. 4 participants per class |

Intermediate For adults that can swim 10 -15m freestyle and backstroke and who can float unassisted. Efficient floating sequences, line and balance, freestyle and backstroke technique is taught. Max. 5 participants per class. |

Advanced This class is for adults who can swim 25m freestyle and backstroke. Here they will build on their stroke technique, gain confidence to float and submerge in deep water and learn to breaststroke kick. Max. 7 participants per class. |

Stroke Correction Caters for adults who can competently swim 200m non-stop and who can swim freestyle, backstroke and breaststroke. In this class they will learn advance stroke techniques and build their endurance. Max. of 7 participants per class. |
